狮动设计采用麻花辫、斜襟上衣、头插单瓣花的经典中式装扮，契合女性的传统审美（朴实、灵动）；面部线条柔和，带着轻微的笑意，像邻里长辈般亲切，瞬间唤醒“家烧湘味”的怀旧情绪——用“具象的人”代替抽象的“传统”，让“人物”变得可感知、有温度。霸姐”二字采用粗笔书法字体，笔画刚劲有力，“霸”字的结构自带“豪爽”感，完美契合“辣、爽、够味”的口味特点；同时，“姐”字又增添亲切感，像邻居家豪爽的大姐做的菜，用字体传递“菜如其人”的餐饮性格。整体设计以“人”为载体，以“湘”为核心，用“传统符号”传递“餐饮温度。
