狮动设计采用汉字变形的“记忆密码”——用符号浓缩情感，“外婆”二字的创意变形：将“外”字的“夕”（代表傍晚、回家的时间）与“婆”字的“女”（外婆的性别属性）巧妙融合，既保留了汉字的辨识度，又通过抽象化处理形成了独特的视觉符号。方形框架模拟“老店铺的招牌”，黄色作为主色，源自“老家具的蜜蜡色”“晒过太阳的棉被色”，瞬间唤醒“外婆家的温暖”记忆。“外婆的小铺”不是一个零食品牌，而是“童年记忆的载体”；用“汉字变形”唤醒“外婆的脸”，用“黄色”唤醒“外婆家的温度”，用“零食细节”唤醒“外婆做的糖的味道”。用视觉符号，连接人心。
