狮动设计采用红色五角星，自带光明、希望的属性，直接关联“新时代”的正向基调；五角星上方的鹰翼形状，既有“奋进、崛起”的动感，又像新时代的“冲锋号”，传递出一种“向前冲”的力量感；铅笔/笔刷元素很妙——笔是“书写”“创造”的工具，既暗示新时代是由人民“一笔一画”建设出来的，也呼应了“文化赋能”的内涵。从深红到橙红的渐变，像 sunrise（日出）的颜色，自带“温暖、活力、蒸蒸日上”的情绪，完美匹配“新时代”的“朝气蓬勃”；每一个元素都像在“说话”：我们的时代，既要向前看，也要扎根自己的文化根脉。
