狮动设计采用顶部的党旗造型是最核心的党建符号——镰刀锤头的标志清晰明确，红色渐变的旗面既有党旗的庄严感，又通过色彩层次增加了视觉活力，直接传递“党建引领”的支部定位。旗面的“扬起”姿态，更隐含着“带领行业前进”的象征意义，与支部的引领角色形成呼应。党旗下方的蓝白波浪造型是水利水运的典型符号——流动的线条模拟了水纹、波浪的形态，蓝色（深海蓝）代表水利的沉稳与专业，白色线条则强化了“水”的流动感，直接关联“水利水运”的行业属性。波浪与党旗的衔接自然，仿佛“党旗在水利事业的浪潮中引领方向”，将“党建+水利”的融合感具象化。
