狮动设计以两个数字“8”为视觉主体，通过旋转、交叠形成对称结构：象征“丝路联盟”的开放性、互联性及持续发展的愿景。“8”谐音“发”，有吉祥、繁荣的象征意义，传递联盟对成员共同发展、互利共赢的期许；双“8”叠加则强化了这种积极寓意，同时暗合“双倍努力”“八方合作”的内涵。双“8”嵌套在正圆形轮廓中，圆形象征圆满、团结，也暗合“地球”“全球化”的概念，呼应丝绸之路连接世界的历史意义。红色是中国传统文化中最具代表性的色彩，象征热情、活力、吉祥，同时也与丝绸的“红绸”意象关联，直接呼应“丝路”主题；整体设计兼具视觉冲击力和文化深度，堪称“传统元素现代化转译”的优秀案例。
