狮动设计以汉字「鸿」为原型进行艺术变形，保留「氵（水）」偏旁的流动感与「鸟」部的舒展形态，通过线条的刚柔并济，既呼应「鸿途」（远大前程）的品牌愿景，又暗合房地产行业「上善若水、基业长青」的寓意。，古典窗棂文化的植入取自中式传统「满月窗」「团圆窗」造型，既强化中式文化底蕴，又象征「家」的围合感与安全感——窗棂作为建筑的「眼睛」，传递出房地产行业「构筑人文居所」的核心价值。
Lion Design takes the Chinese character "Hong" as the prototype to carry out artistic transformation, retaining the sense of fluidity on the side of "Ju (water)" and the stretching form of "Bird". Through the combination of rigidity and softness of lines, it not only echoes the brand vision of "Hong Tu" (great prospects), but also coincides with the meaning of "being good as water and having a lasting foundation" in the real estate industry. The implantation of classical window lattice culture is taken from the traditional Chinese style of "full moon window" and "reunion window".
