狮动设计以大圆形（如“企业文化”“核心价值观”）用纯色填充+白色文字，突出板块主题；小圆形（如“学习文化”“成就客户”）搭配实景照片或关键词，增强具象化理解；颜色区分功能：绿色对应“企业文化”与“企业愿景”（象征成长、目标），蓝色对应“核心价值观”与“服务理念”（象征专业、信任），形成清晰的视觉分区，同时蓝绿渐变，既传递自然、成长的意象，又通过线条的流动感象征连接与协作。整体设计通过视觉符号的隐喻（花朵象征绽放与团结）、色彩的情感传递（蓝绿的专业与生机）、空间的层次感，在短时间内快速理解企业价值观与目标，同时营造出积极、有序、专业的环境氛围。圆形的包容性、曲线的流动性，也暗合企业“团队致胜”“拥抱创新”的理念，实现了“形式与内容的统一”。
